Job Description

• Dealing with the visitors’ form
• Build and improve relationships with customers, key  partners.
• Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
• Identify potential opportunities and follow up.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow Up, Conversion and enrolment
• Building the number of followers on our social media platforms (in partnership with the media team)
• Re-establishing old accounts and Activating new accounts
• To obtain feedback from the customers, and the customer satisfaction form (online i.e. soft copy) updated as expected.
• Conduct evaluation of client’s accounts.
• Collect mandatory information to analyze client situations.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations
