Relationship Officer – Executive Trainee at Sterling Asset Managements & Trustees Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with prospective clients to present products and mobilize funds
• Address all inquiries and build relationships with prospective clients
• Manage all customers portfolio
• Ensure proper registrations and documentations of all customer
• Manage all customers request and transactions
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to support campaigns and products promotion.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and to generate new business.
• Manage Client relationship by providing continuous updates, insights and prepare reports to be presented to team lead.

Experience:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year work experience in fund mobilization and cross selling

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Lower (2:2) grade from a recognized university.
• HND with PGD with at least Lower credit from a recognized Polytechnic
• Professional certifications are an added advantage
