Relationship Officer (DSE) at Sterling Asset Managements & Trustees Ltd

Key Responsibilities 

• Actively engage with prospective clients to present PACE products and mobilize funds  
• Address all inquiries and build relationships with prospective clients 
• Manage all registrars of shareholders  
• Ensure proper registrations and documentations of all shareholders 
• Actively manage the payments of dividends/coupons to qualified shareholders/bondholders 
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to support campaigns and products promotion.  
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and to generate new business. 
• Manage Client relationship by providing continuous updates, insights and performance reports. 
• Report periodic sales reports and present to team lead. 

Experience:  

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year work experience in Cross selling of financial services 

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Lower (2:2) grade from a recognized university.

• Ability to build strong clients relationships, communicate investment strategies clearly and deliver a high level of client service
