Relationship Officer
- Job Type Full Time

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Job Description
- Maintain sales in assigned territory
- Ensure all terminals under your purview are active
- Drive transactions volumes on the territory
- Provide first level support (enquiries, complaints, dispute resolution etc.) to the agents / aggregators ensuring their issues get resolved.
- Ensure profiling of territory
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing or a related field
- 3 - 5 Years work experience in marketing and sales
- demonstrable evidence of consistently meeting sales targets.
- Detailed and target oriented
- Good team spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
