    Relationship Managers

    Our Subsidiary Company’s is Looking for a Vibrant and Extroverted Relationship Managers to Manage Relationship with Our Customers, Source for New Customers While Maintaining Existing Ones.

    You Will Lead a Team of Sales Professionals and Manage the Affairs of the Company In Line With the Vision of the Organization and Ensure That Our Sales, Marketing and Overall Business Operations Function Properly and Report Directly the CEO

    Job Description

    • Build A Business Relationship With Stakeholders, Customers And Various Client Companies. Conduct Market Survey Operations And Seek For New Business Areas, Create And Enforce Plans That Will Help Meet The Needs Of Customers.
    • Plan And Implement Strategic Processes Towards Achieving Set Of Cooperate And Teams Goals. Become Familiar With The Competition To Stay Ahead Of Them
    • Encourage High-Sales And Good Customer Service Practices, Create Strategies And Work With Clients To Boost Their Brand And Help Promote And Maintain A Positive Company Image
    • You Will Indulge In Both Transactional And Enterprising Sales Function And Ensure That Channel Of Revenues Are Sustained  And Further Optimized
    • Build Long-Term Relationships With Clients And Customers And Work Quickly To Address And Resolve Customer Issues And Regularly Follow Up On Leads

    Qualification / Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / Masters Required In Estate Management or Any Business-Related Program.
    • 3- 5 Years Of Work Experience In  Real Estate Sector
    • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships
    • You Must Be Able To Execute Sales And Marketing Function And Be Intuitive To Customers’ Needs
    • Strategic Thinker And Ability To Analyze And Solve Problems Quickly
    • Ability To Work Well With Others And Lead A Team
    • Attentive To Detail And Organized
    • Must Be Self-Motivated, Flexible And Able To Manage Several Jobs At One Time
    • Adequate Knowledge Of Digital Marketing And Content Creating Skill To Drive Sales
    • Proficient In Microsoft Packages – Ms Word, Excel And PowerPoint
