This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Managers located in Lagos, Rivers, Kano and Abuja in Nigeria.
The Relationship Managers will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, increasing customer engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
Strong sales and marketing skills to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
