    Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Collaborate with the Team members to develop and implement business development strategies.
    • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Track sales performance and provide status reports on prospects, commitments, and executed transactions 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing and business development 
    • Sales & Marketing experience in the Financial Services Industry is mandatory.
    • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Client satisfaction and repeat business
    • Revenue growth and new business acquisition.

    • Professional Development
