Relationship Manager at Integrated Corporate Services - ICSL

Our client, a financial institution, is currently in need of a Relationship Manager for immediate employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues

• Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities

• Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them

• Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices

• Help promote and maintain a positive company image

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• BSC/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field with at least one professional certification

• Mimimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the banking industry

• Vast understanding of the banking industry

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A customer-oriented attitude

• Background in customer service industry is a plus

• Must have skills for developing proposals, proper documentation and very good with computers and MS office.
