About the Role

• NOBZO is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager 1 (RM1) to support customer and agent acquisition and day-to-day relationship management within an assigned territory in Ibadan.
• This is an entry-to-mid-level field role focused on building a strong local customer base under the guidance of the Business Development Manager (BDM) and senior Relationship Managers (RM2).
• The successful candidate will support customer acquisition, relationship management, field engagement, onboarding, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in a relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, or field-based roles.
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Good working knowledge of Ibadan’s towns, markets, communities, and transport routes.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Comfortable using smartphones, CRM platforms, and field applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and submit timely activity reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
