Relationship and Support Officer at Parcel Exchange

REQUIREMENT:

•  Applicants must reside within Ajao Estate and its environs
•  Minimum qualification OND in Marketing/Business Management/Administration or other business-related disciplines
•  Applicants must have excellent communication skills and computer savvy

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Initiate and maintain one-on-one relationships with our customers through telephone, online, and personal physical visitation when necessary.
• Conduct and administer in-depth training when and where needed for our carriers, sales representatives (as licensed officers),
• Follow up with new and existing customers daily through telephone, online and physical visitation to ensure they download and place orders through our mobile application.
• Prepare the report of sales/expenses from outlets and online campaigns
• Create business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) accounts.
