About Our Client:

Role Summary:

As a Registered Nurse you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, coordinating patient care activities, and promoting patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and patient education, according to established nursing standards and protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with procedures and treatments, and advocate for patients’ needs and preferences.
• Document patient care activities, nursing assessments, and interventions accurately and timely in medical records and nursing documentation systems.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nigeria.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and prioritize patient care tasks.
