    Regional Sales Representative (Lubricants)

    The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving lubricant sales growth within the assigned region by expanding market share, developing distributor and dealer networks, and managing key customer relationships. The role executes regional sales plans, conducts market intelligence, manages channel partners, ensures compliance with sales policies, and

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years lubricants sales experience.
    • Strong distributor and dealer management experience.
    • Good negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
    • Strong market intelligence and reporting capability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
