Regional Sales Manager- Plastic at Ascentech Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and volume targets.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers within the plastics industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve set targets.
• Drive product availability, distribution, and customer retention.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven sales experience in the plastics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the plastic manufacturing/value chain and market.
• Proven experience managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate.
