    Regional Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager at FPG Technologies and Solutions.
    • The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and cultivating relationships with clients.
    • This role will involve working and covering Port Harcourt and all South-South Regions.
    • Contribute to organization’s success to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company through planning, budgeting, and overseeing different initiatives or projects of a business.
    • Monitors the progress and completion of assigned projects and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients. also, respond to RFP’s/RFQ’.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in any of following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields
    • A Master’s Degree in any of the above or related field will be added advantage.
    • Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus.
    • A minimum of 7 -10 years experience as a Technology Sales personnel in the IT Solutions and Services sector.
    • Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Client Relationship Building skills
    • Experience in Information Technology sales and solutions
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
    • Must possess minimum of 5 years proven record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions in Nigeria.
