Regional Manager, Premier Banking at Ecobank Nigeria

Business Development & Strategy Execution

• Develop and implement regional strategies to grow the Premier Banking portfolio.
• Drive acquisition of new high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and deepen existing client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Premier Relationship Managers across the region.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Promote a culture of high performance, customer focus, and ethical conduct.

Client Relationship Management

• Ensure delivery of personalized financial solutions and superior customer experience.
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and complaints.
• Support RMs in client engagement and portfolio reviews.

Risk & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and risk management practices.
• Conduct regular audits, monitor KYC and AML compliance across the region.
• Proactively mitigate potential risks through operational oversight.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Drive revenue and profitability targets for the region.
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., AUM, client acquisition, cross-sell ratio).
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.
