Regional Head of Service – Eastern Region at Halogen Group

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as the Regional Head Of Service – Eastern Region will be responsible for overseeing the Operations and Allied Services as well as the day-to-day operations of security solutions in the Eastern Region, managing a team, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction within the South-South and South-East Region.

Qualifications

• Risk Management, Physical Security, and Electronic Security skills
• Experience in managing teams and implementing safety protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Security Industry standards and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
