Job Summary

• Drive business growth, oversee operations, and strengthen client relationships in South West Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• A Masters degree is desirable
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development especially in the Public Sector, operations management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the South west Nigeria Public Sector business environment and market dynamics.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good use of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
