Job Details
- Developing operating policies and ensuring compliance with SLAs and client mandates.
- Representing the company to clients managing HR functions, fleet management, recruiting and outsourcing objectives.
- Focusing on winning and maintaining profitable business and generating revenues
- Executing strategic plans and ensuring compliance with legal documents.
- Managing training and development, and directing operations within budget.
- Oversee risk management and legal activities
- Conducting quarterly client engagement meetings.
- Effectively managing branch staffs
- Supporting performance management and reviewing team performance across the regions.
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
