    Regional Branch Supervisor

    Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Deposit mobilization as stated in the offer letter.
    • Booking of quality loans as stated in the offer letter.
    • Opening of new accounts monthly.
    • Proper follow up on existing and new customers.
    • Monitoring timely repayments on loans disbursed.
    • Monitoring and overseeing the branch activates under your purview.
    • Increase branch(s) deliverables to expand customer base.
    • To generate/drive revenue.
    • Increasing business opportunities.
    • To monitor both marketing staff and branch managers performance.
    • Minimize running cost etc.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a degree qualification with at least 8 years work experience.
