Regional Branch Supervisor

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Deposit mobilization as stated in the offer letter.
- Booking of quality loans as stated in the offer letter.
- Opening of new accounts monthly.
- Proper follow up on existing and new customers.
- Monitoring timely repayments on loans disbursed.
- Monitoring and overseeing the branch activates under your purview.
- Increase branch(s) deliverables to expand customer base.
- To generate/drive revenue.
- Increasing business opportunities.
- To monitor both marketing staff and branch managers performance.
- Minimize running cost etc.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a degree qualification with at least 8 years work experience.
