    Referal Agent (Outside Lagos)

    Position Overview

    • Referral Agents help onboard businesses outside Lagos through relationship-driven referrals and education.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and refer SMEs to Pearmonie
    • Educate prospects using provided materials
    • Track referrals from introduction to subscription
    • Provide weekly referral performance updates

    Compensation

    • ₦7,000 per verified new referral
    • 10% bonus on subscription renewals
    • No base pay – commission only
