Reefer Technician

- Experience 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain reefer containers in line with client requirements and APMT procedures
- Connect reefers to power, verify temperature settings, and report discrepancies
- Identify and report malfunctions during shift operations
- Conduct inspections prior to vessel loading and coordinate with yard teams
- Perform Pre-Trip Inspections and download reefer data when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications & Skills:
- Trade Test, Intern, OND, or HND in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience with refrigeration systems and electrical maintenance
- Skilled in compressor servicing, piping, electrical components, and box/insulation repairs
- Strong understanding of electrical and international safety standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and housekeeping skills
