Reconciliations Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 6 years
- Location Lagos
- City Victoria Island
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Reconciliation of bank transfers with the company's book on Tally
- Reconciliation of point of sales (POS) transactions
- Monthly preparation of bank ledger reconciliations
- Reports any irregularities and variances identified during reconciliations
- Recommend corrections for variances to ensure timely resolutions
- Creation of journals to correct issues identified during the completion of previous months' reconciliations
- Reconciliation of Statement
- Authorisation of the room rent payment receipt
Education & Experience
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting / Finance
- 3 - 6years relevant work experience.
Knowledge & skills:
- Reconciliation
- Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
- Computer proficiency
- Financial regulations.
- Microsoft Office tools
