Reconciliation Specialist at Konga Online Shopping Limited

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• Develop and continuously improve reconciliation process documents.
• Ensures timely reconciliation of all transactions.
• Attend to customer and merchant disputes and ensure prompt resolution.
• Liaise with banks and payment processors on settlement discrepancies.
• Identify, investigate and escalate discrepancies, errors, fraud and irregularities in financial records, and work with relevant departments or partners to resolve them promptly.
• Promptly attend to chargeback request.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial entries.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain service quality.
• And engaging in various other duties as required.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals:
• 98% of SLA compliance on customer, merchants and partners escalated issues
• 95% of improved service quality
• 99.9% of SLA compliance on chargebacks and fraud related escalations from the bank.

Key Deliverables:

• Process Documentation
• Daily Reconciliation Report

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

• Advanced MS Excel Skill
• Basic knowledge of SQL (added advantage)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ HND
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
