    Reconciliation Specialist (Fintech Experience)

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reconciliation Specialist at PayCare Ltd.
    • The Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for daily reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
    • While the role is located in Lagos, some work from home is acceptable.
    • The specialist will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to maintain financial records and resolve discrepancies.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
    • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Finance and Accounting expertise
    • Experience in Account Reconciliation
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
