    Reconciliation & Settlement Analyst

    Our company seeks a Reconciliation & Settlement Analyst who will be responsible for all the reconciliation completed daily, weekly and monthly. Review the transaction details from all source on daily basis and reconcile every transaction that have been settled. Investigate all card transactions to prepare and submit monthly proofing for related general legers accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reconciliation of all CIS products
    • Reconciliation of all Fixed Income products
    • Daily Reconciliation of Mobile App Products; Card Transactions vs Payment
    • Gateways vs Bank
    • Monthly Bank & Product Reconciliation
    • Provide Internal credit and Funding Requirements
    • Completion of Daily Checklists and EOD Reconciliations Logs
    • Assistance with Cash Reconciliation
    • Perform reconciliation of collected funds and pay-outs on a daily basis.
    • Ensure payment channels are funded every now and then

    Knowledge/Experience:

    • At least 1 year experience in a settlement environment essential
    • At least 1 year experience in payment processing
    • Understanding of fixed income and savings products

    Skills:

    • Initiative is essential
    • Quick assimilation of new processes
    • Strong organisational skills & work accurately under pressure
    • Attention to details
    • Maintain a high work rate, be able to multi-task due to a range of tight deadlines, business systems/ internal applications & cope with fluctuating volumes.
    • Teamwork and good communication skills
