Job Description

• Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
• Settling and reconciling of debts between the company and the customers
• Uploading of payment inflows from the bank portal into the reconciliation software
• Spooling of payment inflows from bank portal into google sheet for sorting, analyzing and reconciling of payment for team reconciliation
• Manual reconciliation of unreconciled virtual payment.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
• Ability to identify errors and pay attention to details.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Ability to work on deadlines.
• Highly proficient in attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties.
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.
