We are seeking two skilled receptionists to join our team at No 5 Tunde Gabby Street. As the first point of contact for our company, receptionists play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to adhere to employer's dress code standards
• Age between 27 to 35 years
• Reside within Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Omole, or nearby areas
• Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in accounting is an advantage for maintaining financial records
