As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
You will manage front-desk operations, handle calls and correspondence, maintain office security, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate offices or staff
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while managing front-desk inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, scheduling, and managing supplies
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, or HND qualification with 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with a customer service attitude.
