Job Summary

• As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• You will manage front-desk operations, handle calls and correspondence, maintain office security, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate offices or staff
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while managing front-desk inquiries
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, scheduling, and managing supplies

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, or HND qualification with 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with a customer service attitude.
