Job Details
The job description of the successful candidate among other things include:

• Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients and/or provide information
• Receive walk-in customers and guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Direct or escort guests or visitors to specific areas or correct offices
• Create, adjust and/or cancel appointments when necessary
• Faxing, scanning, mailing and filing documents
• Inform other members of staff about visitors or cancellations
• Enter Customer details into the Company’s Records or database.
• Maintaining the office and restocking office supplies
• Knowledgeable about the agricultural input products.
• Emphasize products’ feature to highlight how they solve customers’ problem
• Answer questions about the products in the company’s portfolio
• Maintain contact lists and follow-up with customers to continue relationship
• Maintain contact lists of casuals under him
• Any other responsibility assigned to him by the Line Manager or Management staff.

Qualification

OND or NCE in Agricultural related course or related discipline with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
