Job Description

• Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to answering calls.and running errands.
• Answers customers questions.
• Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors.
• Clean the office on a daily basis.
• Types meeting notes and forms among other documents.
• Performs additional duties when required.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Minimun of OND..
• 0 - 1 year experience.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
• Preferably Female not more than 27 years
• Candidate must be living along Sango - Mokola road, Ibadan.

Salary
N20,000 - N25,000 / Month.
