We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented receptionist/front desk officer to be the first point of contact at our Office. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to guests, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, members, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage check-ins and check-outs for co-working members and guests.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries while directing them to the appropriate department.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure timely arrangements for scheduled meetings.
Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Support the facility management team in ensuring all office supplies and amenities are stocked.
Address customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
Maintain a positive atmosphere in the co-working space and foster a community-driven environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
Prior experience in a co-working space, hospitality, or service-oriented business is a plus.
