Receptionist / Front Desk Officer at BroadBased Communications

About the job

• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
• You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
• Provide general information to clients and visitors about company services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
