Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly NYSC member to join our team as a Receptionist.
• The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
• Support administrative and HR tasks as assigned
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements

• Current NYSC member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA)
• Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly, organized, and willing to learn.
