Receptionist at Beta Cargo Logistics Worldwide Limited

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and guests with a positive manner and helpful attitude.
• contacting employees regarding visitors.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Manage, clean and organize the front desk.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor’s logs/data as necessary.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including taking notes, and making travel plans for the CEO.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of relevant work experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Familiarity with basic office software
• Consistent, professional dress, and good manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
