Job Description

• We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused female Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle incoming communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Schedule appointments, manage visitor logs, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and courier arrangements.
• Support office operations as required by management.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
