Real Estate Sales Manager

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Real Estate , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Job Details
- Recruit, train and manage the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sales team achieve its target.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years professional sales experience in the Real Estate Sector.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the insurance or real estate sector is an advantage.
- Must be target-driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must reside within Lekki-Ajah axis for proximity.
