    Real Estate Sales Executive Trainee

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Description

    • Do you have a flare or experience in Real Estate Sales?
    • Do understand the processes of driving sales and negotiation?
    • Then this Training program is for you.

    Job Requirements
    The candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
    • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
    • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other forms of marketing.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses
    • 1-3 years Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a real estate company.

    Salary Range
    N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
