    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing current clients and also bringing new ones.
    • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
    • Manage property auctions or exchanges.
    • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
    • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
    • Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practice.

    Qualifications and Requirments

    • Candidates must reside on the Island.
    • Must know how to drive.
    • 1 - 2 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
    • Proven track of successful sales record.
    • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
    • Pleasant and trustworthy.
    • MS Office familiarity.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000 (Monthly) + Commissions.
