    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Executive to play a key role in driving the growth of our real estate business.
    • Would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying and selling process.
    • The Sales Executive will be a crucial link between our clients and the company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and professional service.
    • Guide clients through the property buying and selling process, addressing their questions and concerns.
    • Showcase properties to potential buyers and negotiate terms to close deals.
    • Collaborate with other team members, including marketing and finance, to ensure a smooth transaction process.
    • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
    • Strongunderstanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
    • Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
