Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled QuickBooks Specialist to join our team on a 1-month renewable contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing QuickBooks software, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all QuickBooks operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Generate and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Provide training and support to team members on QuickBooks best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to QuickBooks software.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QuickBooks Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Contract Duration: 1 month, with the possibility of renewal, based on performance and project needs.
