Quantum Research Engineer at Aldelano Solar Solutions

Responsibilities: 

• Understand and develop relationships with the academic research community 
• Identify and vet ideas for joint or sponsored research projects based on the company’s need 
• Efficiently communicate and collaborate daily with the senior officer 
• Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external use 
• Independently propose and follow through on unique, enabling ideas contributing to our battery research program. 
• This position includes collaboration with external research groups and vendor programs.

Minimum qualifications: 

• Graduate or Master's Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Quantum Engineering or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Quantum Engineering 
• Planning and tracking research projects 
• Physics of quantum dot qubit devices 
• Experience with qubit control or readout 
• Experience with project management or project planning
