Quantity Suveryor at Anmut Estate and Property Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-day tasks include cost planning, cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing project budgets, analyzing project costings, and preparing detailed reports
• The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to and completed to high standards
• This is a on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located In Akure

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
