Job Details

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Assess and value variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide strategic cost advice.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, valuations, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
