    Quantity Surveyor

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
    • Control project costs and monitor variations
    • Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
    • Advise management on cost-saving strategies.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying
    • Minimum of 6–8 years relevant experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High level of intelligence and professional judgment
    • Experience in real estate or construction projects.
