Quantity Surveyor (Pilling) – Office-Based at Hitech Construction Company Limited

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor with experience in piling and foundation works to support our operations from the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of piling projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money. 

Requirements Education & Qualification: 

• B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience: 
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in construction, preferably in piling/foundation works 

Technical Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation 
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) 
• Familiarity with cost management software is an added advantage 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Competencies & Skills
