Quantity Surveyor at Jite Projekts Limited

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and contract documents.
• Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and claims.
• Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts to management.
• Support procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Membership of NIQS or other relevant professional body is an added advantage.
