    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary:  

    • Our client is a key player within the construction industry looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor.

    Qualifications: 

    • BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or any related field 
    • 3-4 years of experience in building surveying and must be a registered surveyor. 
    • Experience in surveying buildings and finishing works
    • Membership of a professional body in related field is an added advantage
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent computation skills and measurement of construction works for tender documents and design drawings
    • Salary budget: #180,000-#250,000
