The Quality Officer Development Programme is designed to build a Competent and sustainable Quality Management Function. The program will develop high potential young professionals into qualified Quality Officers capable of driving quality systems, enforcing compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across our various operational locations.

Job Details

• To train and prepare a new generation of Quality Officers
• To ensure trainees gain practical experience in the core areas of our Operations
• To promote a strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and integrated Management Systems(IMS)
• To build internal capacity for supporting audits, system implementation, compliance and quality culture
• Develop high performing candidates subsequently into (Jr) Quality Managers who oversee the QMS.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or early-career professionals in engineering or quality-related fields.Production and Mechanical engineers are encouraged to apply
• High-performing individuals with strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate and serve in various operational locations across Nigeria.
• Candidates should not be more than 26 years of age.
