Quality Control Technician / Food Technologist at Estakem Ventures

Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be primarily responsible to ensure that all products meet the company's standards for quality and safety. Some specific duties may include:

• Conducting regular inspections of production processes to identify any potential issues that could affect product quality or safety.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols throughout the production process.
• Monitoring product quality and safety throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Conducting laboratory testing on samples to ensure that they meet the company's quality standards.
• Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that could indicate quality or safety issues.
• Providing recommendations to management on ways to improve product quality and safety
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that quality control standards are being met across the company
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and regulatory standards related to quality control in the food manufacturing industry.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 3 - 5 year work experience.
• The ideal candidate must have cognate experience in the snacks, food or confectionary environment.
