Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in quality control. The successful candidate will support the implementation of quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Report quality issues promptly to supervisors and collaborate with production teams to resolve them.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Ensure workplace hygiene and safety protocols are followed during quality checks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or related roles (internships included).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
